Certified Executive Chef Charlie Hatney spearheads a group of chefs dedicated to crafting fresh, healthy, and innovative dishes that surpass even the most discerning food critics' expectations.
Our team excels in a range of services, from corporate catering to intricate themed events, weddings, personal catering, and cooking instruction. Our professionalism, customer-centric needs evaluation, and meticulous attention to detail have garnered us high praise. We've had the honor of preparing meals for numerous political and entertainment figures.
Charlie honed his skills under the guidance of master chefs. He is renowned for his fresh, healthy cooking approach and his warm, engaging demeanor. His leadership roles include serving on the Edna Lewis Foundation Board, being the CEO of Mae's Open Arms Outreach and Community Development Corporation, and currently holding his third term on the American Culinary Federation (ACF) board.
Valyn Reed
Valyn has earned her Master's of Science in Dietetics from D'Youville College. She is currently working towards earning her registration in Dietetics to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Valyn loves all aspects of nutrition but she especially loves providing private consultation services with a holistic approach.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Valyn can assist clients with non-medical weight management, provide herbal supplement information, and provide counseling and education to maintain health or prevent non-existing medical conditions.
